How can you be sure that your team are performing to their best? How do you know when they are feeling pressurised and stressed, so much so that they can’t cope? Until you know what capacity they have in their emotional cup you will probably just keep piling on the pressure, blinkered to their emotional needs. Mental health is a state of well-being in which the individual realises his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his or her community. 
Mental illness is a recognised, medically diagnosable illness that results in the significant impairment of an individual’s cognitive, effective or relational abilities. Mental disorders result from biological, developmental and/or psychosocial factors and can be managed using approaches comparable to those applied to physical disease (i.e., prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation). 
We offer a unique insight to the awareness of mental health challenges for managers and directors. The one-day workshop will equip managers with vital tools to manage someone with a mental health challenge. We will also signpost you to the right organisations, followed up with inclusive one to ones with individuals who think they need some support. 
Our associates are not only trainers, they are qualified therapists who have a wealth of knowledge and experience helping people in a group environment or on a one-to-one basis. 
We offer a full training day called Managing Mental Health In The Work Place which can be delivered on or off site. Managers will be provided with a workbook to use throughout the training.
